Almost anyone can teach you to lead a sports team or a unit of people who are all on the same page, but in real life this is usually not the case. We teach leadership skills for the real world.
A true leader has to be able to rapidly evaluate the personnel that are available, the situation that you are in, the actual resources and then lead the current team towards the goals.
This is our specialty.
It is a tough program that is not for everyone, but if you want to become one of the rare few that can handle anything that comes up on the way to your goals - we hone the finest leaders on the planet.
If you are willing to put in the sweat and effort to learn to lead anyone, anywhere, any time - we are the program for you.
WHAT WE DO
On the path to learning leadership skills, we will help you through amazing adventures that range from crossing oceans on a sailboat, to climbing mountains, diving with sharks, exploring caves, waterfalls and more while working with the wide range of people and barriers that you will encounter along the way.
Buckle your seat belt, because if you choose to join us, you are going for the ride of a lifetime.
On the calmer side we also are involved in archaeological digs and dives, turtle and coral documentation for international scientists and far more.
When you leave us, you will be ready for the world and all of the challenges in it.
WHAT IF I'M NOT READY YET?
It might sound too tough or even too good to be true, but the reality is that every journey no matter how tough or how long is a series of smaller steps, each one can be taken, even when the whole path seems impossible.
We will take you one step at a time from where you are to becoming one of the most intuitive, caring, tenacious, tough leaders on the planet. You will be able to land anywhere and get things done.
The road from here to having those skills might be shorter for some and longer for others, but if you can take that first step, and you can stick with it, we can get you there.

WHO WE ARE
We are the Ultimate Leaders Academy and we have been teaching a select few the art and science of how to lead any group, anywhere at any time for nearly 30 years. We have helped our teens to find their true core goals and then how to build the team that will work with them as a team to reach those goals. We teach our future leaders the balance between being tenacious enough and tough enough to reach their goals, along with the ability to guide and support your team and help them to achieve their goals too. No one survives alone and as a leader, you are responsible for your team and their success.
True leaders survive well but also make friends along the way. Our leaders lead with a resulting self confidence that few others have. We are demanding on our students, but we will teach you the skills that you need and put you in life experiences that help you to hone those skills to a fine edge with a confidence that can never be taken away from you.
